Balance is next….. don’t want to fall overboard do you?… so try this exercise.
Stand in a doorway hands out either side and balance on one foot then the other. If you feel unsteady you can use the doorway to gain stability then off you go again with no hands. Try 1 minute then increase over a week or so to 2 minutes, when you can do this try shutting your eyes – now that is harder isn’t it.
